Elsworth Consulting have formed a strategic partnership with ChamberlainWalker Economics to offer our clients a combination of planning and development delivery expertise underpinned by economic evidence and policy analysis.

 

ChamberlainWalker Economics is an economics consultancy specialising in housing, infrastructure, and local growth with a proven track record of delivering credible, insightful, and high-impact analysis across both public and private sectors. CWE is led by founding partners Paul Chamberlain and Chris Walker who were senior economic advisers to UK Government ministers and bring deep housing market experience, including the self and custom build (SCBH) sector as economic advisors to the Government-supported Right to Build Task Force, the National Custom and Self Build Association, and to volume housebuilders (including Barratt Homes and Taylor Wimpey).

 

The partnership builds on several years of collaboration, including joint work on the Prime Minister commissioned Bacon Review into scaling up the self and custom build sector and the recently published NaCSBA market size report. CWE have also established a joint Built Environment Unit in partnership with WPI Strategy to deliver integrated political, economic and planning insight for public and private sector clients in the housing and infrastructure sectors.
